Artcrete Stencils were used in conjunction with Senergy EIFS Stucco Finish to achieve this "brick" pattern. The first layer is applied to create the color for the "grout-lines". Once the first layer is dry, then the stencil pattern is adhered to the wall. The next layer is applied to form the "brick" color. While this last layer is still wet, the stencil will be removed to reveal the "brick" pattern.
