Applicator: BG Stucco
Started in the Fall of 2013, the Charlotte Premium Outlets has been a joint venture with Simon Properties Group, Inc. and Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. The shopping center is built on a 40-acre parcel on the west side of Interstate 485, between Steele Creek & Shopton roads.The Outlets had their Grand Opening on July 31, 2014.

We are proud to have supplied over 175,000 square feet of Parex stucco material for this job. Projects of this magnitude often have it's own challenges, however, we were pleased at how smooth this one ran. We can attribute most of this to BG Stucco who was the applicator for this project. The application used on the outlets was a Standard EIFS System.
Finished Project



Overseeing this project was Choate General Contractors of Charlotte, North Carolina. There is approximately three miles of EPS detail that adorn the top of these buildings. The architectural features are not only a nice design elements at the mall but also help shoppers navigate throughout the 400,000 square feet of retail space.
Parex's Tuffstone Granite was chosen to highlight the columns for this entrance.

The outlets required fifteen different colors of standard stucco and two colors of decorative finishes like Tuffstone Granite pictured to the left.
Within the Outlet Center there are over 100 retailers. These stores are providing over 900 plus jobs in the Charlotte area.
