The Grand Bohemian Hotel (pictured left) won a 2020 Award of Merit from EIMA. The design team chose EIFS to achieve higher energy efficiency and improved durability. It was a pleasure to work with Southern Wall Systemson this project in Charlotte, NC.

FAQ

What is your return policy?
Due to unknowns once material leaves our warehouse, we are unable to accept returns on most bag (dry) and bucket (dry/wet) materials, this includes unopened pails. It would not be fair to other customers if we were to take returns for resale without knowing the conditions in which the material was stored. Other material returns are handled on a case by case basis, and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom/Special-order products are not eligible for return. Material defects are rare, but are subject to manufacturer policies and warranties. While the final resolution depends on the manufacturer, we are always happy to help with the process as best we can.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location, the material needed, and how busy we are. Standard delivery can be as fast as same-day but may be subject to a higher delivery fee. If all the requested materials are in stock, and things aren't too busy, we often get material out the same or following day. However, ordering ahead is always best and highly recommended. We do our best to accommodate everyone's needs, but we aren't miracle workers! We recommend placing your order as soon as you have confirmed your needs, even if the material is not needed soon. This will ensure we have time to bring in any materials that are low on stock, or special-order. Custom or special-order products always have a lead time and depend on the manufacturer. We can provide estimated lead times upon request.
